    Do you offer a free trial?
      Yes, of course! We offer a free 14 day trial so you can try Blastable before you buy. Try Blastable free for 14 days on us. Scroll up a bit to give it a go. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time if you need to add more contacts.

    Which payment methods do you accept?
      We accept all major credit cards and most debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, JCB and possibly some others depending on your location.

    Are there any hidden or extra fees?
      Unlike some other ESP’s, we don’t charge you any hidden or extra fees. You only pay once per subscriber. If one subscriber is on 10 different lists, they count as 1 subscriber towards your plan, not 10. And of course you don’t pay a penny for unsubscribed or bounced contacts either.

    Can I change my plan after I sign up?
      Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you’d like to upgrade your account, the new plan will take effect immediately and you will receive credit for your current plan.

      If you choose to downgrade, your new plan will start on the next billing date. You will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.

    Can I upload my email list?
      Yes you can. If you’re moving from another service or provider or need to export a list of customers from your CRM, no problem. You can upload your list in just 3 clicks.

      Please note that any list uploaded must be of contacts that have specifically opt-ed in to hear from you. This includes contacts who sign up on a web form, make a purchase or have opt-ed in as a lead. Paid or purchased lists of any kind are not allowed. Scraped lists, safe lists or any other type of list where the user did not specifically give you permission to mail them are not allowed. Uploaded lists are subject to verification and test mailing to verify quality. Sending restrictions may be temporarily put in place for large lists.

      We do not tolerate spam or unsolicited email of any kind and if you use our service to send spam or any kind of unsolicited bulk mailing, your account may be terminated without notice.

    How many emails can I send?
      We don't place any limits on how many emails you can send and there are absolutely no overages!

      With that in mind, we like to follow industry best practices and recommend sending only one email per subscriber per day under normal circumstances.

    What is your refund and cancellation policy?
      Blastable is a pay as you go service, therefore we do not have a refund policy and do not issue refunds. If you’d like to try before you buy, please sign up for the free trial.

      You may cancel your account at any time and you will not be charged again. You may continue to use your account until the period you have paid for is over, whether you are on a monthly or annual plan.
