  • Can I send cold email on your platform?
      No. Blastable only supports permission-based email. All contacts must have opted in for what you're sending them and be expecting to hear from you.
  • Can I upload my email list?
      Yes you can. If you’re moving from another service or provider or need to export a list of customers from your CRM, no problem. You can upload your list in just 3 clicks.

      Please note that any list uploaded must be of contacts that have specifically opt-ed in to hear from you. This includes contacts who sign up on a web form, make a purchase or have opt-ed in as a lead. Paid or purchased list of any kind are not allowed. Scraped lists, safe lists or any other type of list where the user did not specifically give you permission to mail them are not allowed. Uploaded lists are subject to verification and test mailing to verify quality. Sending restrictions may be put in place for larger lists.

      We do not tolerate spam or unsolicited email of any kind and if you use our service to send spam or any kind of unsolicited bulk mailing, your account may be terminated without notice.
  • Can I change my plan after I sign up?
      Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you’d like to upgrade your account, the new plan will take effect immediately and you will receive credit for your current plan.

      If you choose to downgrade, your new plan will start on the next billing date. You will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.
  • What is your refund and cancellation policy?
      Blastable is a pay as you go service, therefore we do not have a refund policy and do not issue refunds. If you’d like to try before you buy, we recommend signing up for the free trial.

      You may cancel your account at any time and you will not be charged again. You may continue to use your account until the period you have paid for is over, whether you are on a monthly or annual plan.
