How do I increase my contact limit?
Once you've reached the maximum amount of contacts allowed for your plan, you'll be notified and reminded upon each login that you've reached your limit.
Fortunately, upgrading is super easy.
Simply login to your account, click the 'Settings' tab on the left-hand side and choose 'My Account'.
From there, select the upgrade option you'd like to go with!

How do I delete my account and my data?
At Blastable, we believe your data is yours and only yours.
You may cancel your account at any time by choosing the ‘Settings’ option on the left-hand side of the page and then choosing the ‘My Account’ option.
When you cancel, we will leave your account as is in case you ever want to return.
You are free to delete your contacts and remove any emails, sign-up forms, or autoresponders at your own discretion.
If you wish for your entire account to be deleted, please email us at support@blastable.com.

Do you offer refunds?
Blastable is a pay as you go service and we do not offer refunds, regardless if you use your subscription or not. You can cancel your account at anytime or reach out to us for help!
